Good to know
Cancel up to 12 hours before class for a full credit refund. Late cancellations are £7.50; no-shows are £11. Grip socks are compulsory and available on-site if you forget.
All purchases (memberships, class packs, single classes, intro offers) are non-refundable and non-transferable. Class credits don't roll over month to month on memberships. Pregnancy: Fundamentals welcome up to 16 weeks — Dynamic Flow not advised. Always consult your doctor first.
All checkouts run through Momence. Manage your account, see your remaining credits, and cancel future classes there.
